The IBM Factory clock was part of a clock system, where all clocks and check-clocks are synchronized through a central mother clock. The synchronisation happens every full hour, while all connected clocks wait on the full hour for the hour impulse, and then start synchronously, controlled via a seconds pulse. Left is a Sales demo model to show the functionality of the factory clocks.
