Tian Harlan entwickelte 1971 den Farbzeitkreis um dann 1973 die “entschleunigte Uhr “ in den Markt zu bringen. Zusammen mit Pierre Cardin die Firma “Chromacron” um damit dann Uhren ohne Zeiger in allen möglichen Formen in den Markt zu bringen. Zur Olympiade 1972 ertellte er die Color Time Skulptur in München auf den Coubertin Platz.

Tian Harlan developed 1971 the “ColourTime Circle” just to deploy in 1973 the “Most Relaxed Watch “ into the Market. Together with Pierre Cardin they established the company  Firma “Chromacron” to develop and market the “Relaxed Watch” without pointers in many different forms. In 1972 for the Olympic games in Munic he created and installed the  Color Time Sculpture on the Cubertin Place in the Olympic area.
